Chels knew she wanted green pants, shirt, and suspenders. We kept it straightforward so that her very unique bowtie could shine.
Let me go back for a bit. I actually met Chels’ wife, Alyssa, several years ago when I was henning a dress for her. Fast forward and Alyssa is back in my studio to get her wedding dress tailored.
As we talked, she said she wanted Chels to have the experience of being in my studio and working with me.
Keeping things simple when building a wedding look is really classic. But to get classic wedding attire to look good, it needs to fit.
It took me several tries to get Chels’ shirt right, but when I did, it was amazing. The bowtie fit over the shirt perfectly, and she was ready.
